Ah. The bugs started to show right after I rebuilt with linuxthreads support. It worked for about a month w/o linuxthreads, and had no problems with errors (performance was also good).
Regarding reproducing it. If I disable autorecover, turn on full query logging, wait for an error to appear, and send you a copy of corrupted db and log - do you think it might help?
