Not that I know of.
The problem is that we normally accept only bug reports which can be repeated somehow. Unfortunately, noone ever was able to come up with anything we could repeat at our site (I mean regarding this index corruption due to heavy concurrency).

There were however very well repeatable corruptions due to character codes less than 'blank' in varchar columns. The last known one will be fixed in 4.1.15. (Bug #12565)
