Re: MySQL, Solaris 9 and DBD::mysql

Hi ,

Some weeks that I'm trying to install DBD::mysql module and GD module in a new sparc SunFire V210 with solaris 9. It's very frustrating, no recommendation work, I tryed everything it's recommended in this post and another ones i saw but nothing solve the problem. I get exactly the same output posted here, and i installed from sunfreeware mysql 4.0.21 and perl 5.8.5 . There are some perl modules as LWP and DBI i successed to install , they work but most important modules for my application DBD::mysql and GD it's imposible to install. Anybody find another solution?
