I love montioring this problem, MySQL can't login.

The solution is an override module which the MySQL Team refuses to write.

Opening all your firewalls, security, turning off things, is not a solution, it's a temporary attempt to get MySQL back to functionality.

If that doesn't work, it's most likely leftovers from a previous MySQL which have broken the RELOAD privileges. A nightmare meaning you'll most likely lose everything and have to build all the databases again from scratch.
