I am having the same problem. I downloaded the same version of VSTOR and run the standalone MSI file. The program will install but when I click the MySQL.ForExcel file (VSTO Deployment Manifest) I get an error from Microsoft Office Customization Installer saying that downloading MySQL.ForExcel.dll.config did not succeed.
