Finally, this is exactly what I am asking, you say it (does more), could you please tell me in details what are the things that it does more?
What are the additional tasks or instructions that it executes during restoring a database dump?
for example, does it build new indexes? does it change the structure of the tables? please don't tell me it does a binary log, we already turned that off.

I am sorry again for being persistent on the subject.
