I'm in the same situation but i only have the problem when day change. Manualy i change the date (in windows) and then in the next operation i get the error, in the same day not appear.

Estoy en la misma situacion que el resto de compañeros pero me he dado cuenta que solo ocurre el problema cuando se cambia de dia. Es decir, la primera operación del dia siguiente al que se lanzara la aplicacion ( web con hibernate ) ocurre el error, durante el mismo dia no.
