If you are adding FK constraints you should be very careful with the data Type. Ensure that if one table is using an INT UNSIGNED, the other table has the UNSIGNED flag as well!!!

Even if you have a Table1 with id INT(10) , and a Table 2 with id INT(10) if one is unsigned an the other don't the constraint will fail.

That's a common problem when using GUI tools :)
