I had the same problem (MYSQL 5)...

I just figured it out ;)

I created ID and FK both Bigint...

BUT! Some of them where checked UNSIGNED.

It is not clear at first sight, but you should check if your datatypes are EXACTLY the sames...

I'm pretty sure either the ID or the FK is UNSIGNED ;)
