tsup guys i got the same error and after finding the folder in which the databases are kept I changed the rights to that folder so that the application could create the database table in there:
'sudo chmod 777 -R /path/to/mysql/'

and then after you execute your sql it will work!
In windows it'll probably be in the properties or gpedit (group policy)
